What is BlackFiles?
BlackFiles is a modular software designed to manage personal computer files efficiently, consistently, and cost-effectively, while maintaining a uniform user interface across various tasks.

It handles a wide range of private data, including documents, passwords, contacts, pictures, videos, recordings, music, web radio, events, calendars, appointments, shift schedules, and more.
​
Each file type is managed within its own module, but all modules share the same user-friendly interface, making BlackFiles exceptionally easy to use. The modular structure of BlackFiles also allows for easy expansion, enabling users to tailor the app to their specific needs.
Current status: BlackFiles currently exists only as a software project for consumers, complete with a detailed business plan, revenue projections, specification manuals for developers, and over 2,000 interface mockups. It is in the seed phase and has yet to be fully realized in terms of development and marketing.
Why was BlackFiles conceived?
The current software market for managing personal computer data is saturated with a bewildering array of applications (see image).

These applications vary significantly in their functionality, security protocols, synchronization processes, and especially in user interface design. Today’s users face the daunting task of selecting, purchasing, installing, learning, and updating over a dozen desktop and mobile programs just to manage and sync their personal data stored on home PCs—a process that is both time-consuming and costly.

Most existing database programs for private users are isolated solutions, lacking an unified approach. BlackFiles was conceived to address this by consolidating and simplifying personal data management.

How it works?
The Trial Version: The trial version of BlackFiles provides free access to all modules and features for 14 days. After this period, access is limited, prompting users to subscribe to their chosen module to regain immediate access to their saved files.
​
The Subscription Version: The subscription version requires the user to complete a registration and module subscription form. Upon submission, a registration key is sent via email, allowing the unlocked application to be downloaded. Only the subscribed modules will be available for use. Other modules can easily be activated by clicking their icons and completing the subscription process.
​
Once general preferences are configured, users can effortlessly import their computer's files into the corresponding modules. Each module features predefined directories, streamlining the organization process.
​
The modules offer an extremly wide range of features for managing your data: Depending on the file type, you can add images to documents, connect directly to websites using saved passwords, enhance contacts with photos, videos, voice records and personal details, edit images, create playlists and merge music files, receive schedule reminders, and manage appointments and work hours, all through an intuitive and uniform user interface.
